Introducing Our New Team Members: Rome and Jaime
At Artisan, we are thrilled to welcome two talented individuals who are essential to our long-term growth plans. Meet Rome, our new Office Administrator, and Jaime, our new Trainee Asbestos Surveyor. Their enthusiasm and expertise are already making a significant impact.
Rome – Office Administrator
Rome joined the Artisan team last month and has quickly become an integral part of our operations. She is responsible for processing orders for home Asbestos Sample Kits, organizing property re-inspection surveys, and ensuring that client records are accurate and up to date. Rome shared her excitement about her new role, saying, "I have been made to feel very welcome since joining in June. I really enjoy the research aspect of my role and getting to know our clients, supporting them with quotations."
With a supervisory background and extensive experience liaising with a diverse mix of stakeholders, Rome brings a wealth of customer-facing expertise and enthusiasm to her position. Outside of work, Rome is an avid baker—a hobby that the entire Artisan team has been enjoying—and she is the proud owner of a new kitten, MistyDay.
Jaime – Trainee Asbestos Surveyor
Jaime joined us in May and is currently undergoing six months of supervised training before taking her P402 exams. This certification, which covers surveying and sampling strategies for asbestos in buildings, is one of the two recognized qualifications within the asbestos industry. Jaime has already demonstrated her passion for learning and dedication to her work. She enjoys being out in the field, meeting new clients, and taking full advantage of the opportunities to learn and grow alongside her mentors, Brad and Cleaveland.
Outside of work, Jaime loves spending time with her partner and their two adorable kittens, Pebble and Pablo. They are also busy planning their upcoming wedding next year. When she’s not surveying or planning, you can find Jaime enjoying her favorite show, Stranger Things, with a curry. Jaime is keen to connect with individuals in the asbestos and demolition industry and is a proud advocate for women in STEM.
We are delighted to have Rome and Jaime on board, and we look forward to the valuable contributions they will make as we continue to grow and serve our nationwide client base.
